Arthur Motta served in the World War II Navy Armed Guard Service. He served on the SS John Holmes, SS John Stevenson and SS Furnifold M Simmons. He served well and was liked and respected by his crew members and Officers. He presently serves as Color Guard with the VFW Dennis F Thomas Post 2578 in Hyannis, Massachusetts. Arthur lives in East Falmouth, Massachusetts with his lovely wife, Tillie.
