In Loving Memory of Charles Gerrity

Charles Gerrity served honorably and capably in the World War II
Navy Armed Guard Service. He served on the SS Junipero Serra in
1943, the SS Santiago Iglesias in 1943 and 1944, the SS Rainbow
in 1944, the SS City of Houston in 1944 and 1945 and the USAT
Lurline in 1945. Charles was well liked and respected aboard his
ships and performed his duties effectively.
Charles passed away 2 August 2001 but his son, Steven would enjoy
hearing from all who remember him. Steven may be contacted at his

God Bless Charles Gerrity. His service to his country in one of the
most dangerous duties is appreciated.
