Leo G. Hogan was born 27 December 1923 and passed away 30 November 2006.

Leo joined the Navy during World War II and was assigned to duty in the US Navy
Armed Guard Service,

Leo was always well liked and respected by his shipmates and his Officers. He
performed all duties assigned him in a professional manner.

Leo served on the infamous Murmansk Run to Russia
